Bullying at Work

The interactive workshop Bullying at Work is a playful way to address this sensitive issue effectively. The actors perform common scenes from the workplace with empathy and humour. Thus creating space to look at and discuss one’s own behaviour. All this with some exaggeration and ‘tongue in cheek’ that will keep the audience engaged.

We are able to develop a script that directly links the performance to past events in the organisation. This informs the participants about desirable and undesirable interactions, as they get the chance to direct the actors towards a more positive outcome. This intervention theatre workshop can be adjusted to any organisational issue. More information on Intervention Theatre can be found here.
